I was in a tight spot with my husband in a nursing home and my snowblower wouldn't start. They told me that they aren't doing small things like snowblowers and push mowers anymore as they are too busy with larger equipment. They felt sorry for me - haha and bless their hearts they came and got the snowblower, fixed it and returned it for me. It worked great on the one snow we had, so far. They will now get to do my lawn tractor this Spring. Very professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. Thank you!!

Wow I can not thank Sean at Nolts Power Equipment enough. The entire process took 1 week and Sean was wonderful. Ensuring that every detail was taken care of including delivery ON TIME 2 hours away. I live in "tractor" county with numerous tractor dealers and after speaking to over 5 local places. Amazing dealer! Sadly, Nolt's didn't have the Kioti CK3510se HST so I purchased from another dealer. I can speak to the sales team and and service department. Sales team (Jay) was willing to explain all the nitty gritty details of Kioti tractors. We discussed our needs and what would be a solid fit for our family and budget. I decided on the CK3510se HST and as mentioned above, Nolt's didn't have. Even though I wasn't purchasing from Nolt's, their team remained helpful as it was more important that I was getting what we needed versus them getting a sales. I will certainly return to Nolt's for future equipment purchases. Issues::: I purchased my tractor from another dealer about 4 hours away. After about ~12 hours of tractor operation my HST pedals started to stick. I took it to Nolt's for warranty repair and they determined the hydraulic hoses were installed incorrectly by the other dealer and this wasn't a warranty item. Like the sales team, the service folks were willing to take time and explain the cause of the problem and what I should look for in the future. I've had old Ford tractors, but never a new one. I'm grateful for the time the service team took to physically show me various aspects that are important to monitor. For local folks, I'd strongly encourage you to give them a try and I have no issues with referring buyers to them. Again, my thanks to the both teams (sales & service)
